What does a project manager actually do?
We hold the plan: scope, dates, budget and coordination between everyone on site, so the client decides with current information.
How is the fee structured?
A fixed fee for planning and reporting, and an hourly rate for extended on-site coordination, set out in writing before work starts.
Do you guarantee a finish date?
No. We commit to a plan and to flagging risk early; dates depend on trades, weather and decisions that are outside our control.
What happens if we cancel?
Cancellation terms sit in the written scope: notice is free inside the agreed window, late cancellation is charged for work already done.
