Responsible
Management

Effective 18 October 2026. This statement explains the scope of the project management information presented by 406PROJECTS INC. It should be read with the Terms, not as a replacement for an agreement about your own request.

General information and a specific engagement

Project coordination depends on the agreed brief, available information and the cooperation of the parties involved. A programme, budget outline or progress discussion is not a guarantee of completion, cost savings or a third party’s performance. Design approvals, legal advice, certified inspections and regulated professional work require their own suitably qualified provider.

Before work begins, the written scope should identify deliverables, responsibilities, information required from you, reporting arrangements, fees and any target dates. A request for a discussion does not appoint us as project manager or authorize commitments to a contractor.

Safety and specialist decisions

Do not rely on a general project description as an instruction to enter an unsafe site, alter a structure or bypass permits. Site-specific safety and statutory duties remain with the persons responsible under the applicable arrangements.

Descriptions are not evidence of a professional license, certification, insurance policy, regulatory endorsement or particular staff qualification. Where an activity needs authorization, it must be established for the specific person and work before an engagement. No unverified qualification should be inferred from a company name or photograph.

Photographs, examples and availability

Stock and other illustrative photography is used to explain the subject or atmosphere of the website. It does not document the company’s staff, premises, customers, inventory, completed work or an endorsed testimonial. A pictured person has not been identified as a customer or employee. Discuss the actual project scope, milestones and reporting before making a decision.

Examples of a possible approach are not a promise that the same result, price or timetable is available for every person. Screen colors, supplied information, third-party availability and the circumstances of the request can affect what is appropriate. Obtain a current written confirmation for any point material to your decision.

Messages, privacy and sensitive information

The website prepares a message in the browser for your review. Copying, downloading or opening your email application does not confirm company receipt or create a booking. You control whether to send a separate email and should check the recipient and contents first. The Privacy Policy distinguishes the page’s page memory from later email correspondence.

Give a brief description of the project, its location and the decision you need help with. Do not include confidential tender prices, employee files, access passwords or another contractor’s private documents in an initial enquiry.

Limits of this statement and how to contact us

This statement does not excuse inaccurate claims, remove a contractual promise or override a remedy that applicable law preserves. It does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a general statement conflicts with an agreed service description or creates a question about suitability, seek clarification before acting.

Questions and corrections can be addressed to 406PROJECTS INC, 702 N HAGGIN AVE, RED LODGE, 59068, MONTANA. Email: [email protected].

For a safety emergency, use the appropriate emergency service rather than waiting for a website or email reply.
